The complete Setup version is available here:

1. Download the file EE2010_SETUP.zip (EE2000_SETUP.zip).
2. Extract the zip file to a temporary install directory.
3. De-Install an existing EE2010 (EE2000) version
4. Run Setup from the install directory.
